Sungrow SBH Battery - 5kWh

The Sungrow SBH Battery - 5kWh module offers top-tier reliability and efficiency, designed to seamlessly integrate into both residential and commercial energy systems. Flexible and scalable, the system supports a minimum of 4 modules and can be expanded up to 8 modules per stack, depending on the connected inverter.

With the ability to parallel up to 4 stacks, you can achieve a total storage capacity of 160kWh, providing a customizable solution to meet your energy storage needs. The SBH Series guarantees consistent power output with 50A continuous charge and discharge currents, ensuring reliable operation during peak demand periods.

Perfect for residential backup power or commercial energy management, the Sungrow SBH Series is the benchmark in energy storage for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.

Important: To install the Sungrow SBH Battery - 5kWh modular unit, the Sungrow SBH Battery - Accessory Kit is required (sold separately).

Configuration Requirements:

  • Modules per Stack:

  • Accessory Requirements: 1 x SBH Accessory Kit per stack (sold separately).

Design and Expansion:

The Sungrow SBH battery is modular and stackable, offering easy expansion. Simply add more modules within the specified limits for increased storage capacity.


Example Configurations:

  • SH5.0/6.0RS System: 4-5 modules per stack
  • SH8.0/10RS System: 4-6 modules per stack
  • SH5.0/10RT System: 4-7 modules per stack
  • SH15/20/25T System: 4-8 modules per stack

Each of these configurations requires the SBH Accessory Kit per tower and the SJR050-04 Combiner for parallel stacking of up to 4 stacks.
